Founding Story
Our Founding Story.
Jubilee Aesthetics was founded by Joon Choi, MD, FACOG, a board-certified OB-GYN who has spent years caring for women through some of the most personal and transformative stages of their lives.
Through the relationships he built with his patients, Dr. Choi recognized a desire for care that extended beyond the traditional medical visit—one that also supported how women feel in their skin, their bodies, and their everyday lives. He envisioned a trusted space in the heart of Koreatown, Los Angeles where patients could receive aesthetic treatments, skin and body rejuvenation, intimate wellness services, and regenerative care as part of a more complete approach to well-being.
That vision became Jubilee Aesthetics.

The name "Jubilee" represents renewal, confidence, and celebration. It reflects our belief that caring for yourself is not superficial. Feeling comfortable and confident in your body can positively influence every part of your life.
As Jubilee's founder, owner, and medical director, Dr. Choi created the practice to bring medical knowledge, advanced technology, and personalized care together in one welcoming environment. His background in women's health continues to shape Jubilee's thoughtful approach to the physical and personal changes patients experience throughout different stages of life.
Today, Jubilee Aesthetics is proud to serve as a trusted medspa for the Koreatown and greater Los Angeles community. Although our services and technology continue to evolve, the purpose behind Jubilee remains the same: to care for the whole person and provide a thoughtful, supportive experience from the moment each patient walks through our doors.

Our Philosophy.
We believe aesthetic and wellness care should support the whole person. The skin, facial structure, muscles, body, intimate health, and overall sense of well-being are interconnected, and our approach reflects that.
We also believe the best aesthetic results should enhance a person's natural features rather than overpower them. Our goal is never to chase perfection or make every patient look the same. It is to help each person feel refreshed, balanced, and confident while preserving what makes them uniquely themselves.
Every recommendation begins with listening. We take the time to understand what our patients want—and just as importantly, what they do not want. Through education and honest guidance, we help patients make decisions that feel comfortable, informed, and aligned with their goals.
Sometimes the right recommendation is a comprehensive treatment plan. Other times, it is to begin slowly, choose a more conservative option, or wait.

Medical Director
Joon Choi, MD
FACOG · Board-Certified OB/GYN
Joon Choi, MD, FACOG, leads SoCal OB/GYN, with locations in Glendale and Panorama City, California, as a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist. There, Dr. Choi serves his patients with compassion, dignity, and as individuals. He is bilingual in English and Korean, making it possible for him to care for a diverse range of patients.
Dr. Choi earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Ohio, now a part of the University of Toledo. He went on to complete his internship and residency at North Oakland Medical Center in Pontiac, Michigan. Today, Dr. Choi is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Choi has affiliations with the Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, California, and Glendale Adventist Medical Center in Glendale, California.
Dr. Choi treats his patients with state-of-the-art techniques and comprehensive care in obstetrics and gynecology, as well as aesthetics. He learns about his patients' needs by asking meaningful questions and listening carefully. He respects his patients and partners with them to help them achieve optimal health.

Hello, I am Eunjoo Lee, a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and medical aesthetics. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Charles R. Drew University in LA.
A genuine love for people is at the heart of my practice. I truly enjoy connecting with others, sharing stories in life, and finding deep joy in serving and helping my community. I believe in creating a warm, family-like environment where my patients and team feel happy and supported every single day.
I bring a unique combination of clinical health and advanced beauty expertise to my patients. I have over four years of clinical experience in OB/GYN, diagnosing and treating various women's health conditions. Before this, I spent 20 years at Jeune Skin Clinic, the largest aesthetic clinic in Koreatown. This extensive background allows me to understand exactly what clients need and deliver precise results for their beauty and skincare goals.
As a busy mother of three, I deeply appreciate the value of effective self-care. To bring Korea's cutting-edge, fast-evolving beauty trends directly to Los Angeles, I actively participate in global seminars and conventions. However, while I love innovation, I strictly insist on standardized, evidence-based treatments to guarantee patient safety above all else.

Nicole Shin, NP
Aesthetic Dermatology Specialist
Nicole is a dedicated nurse practitioner with a specialized focus in aesthetic dermatology, driven by a lifelong passion for skincare. Her interest was sparked early on by a family history of melanoma, which instilled in her the importance of sun protection and skin health. This early awareness evolved into a deep curiosity about the skin's physiology, eventually leading her to work as a skincare consultant at Sephora, where she gained hands-on experience with a wide range of products and diverse skin types.
Her clinical journey began as a medical assistant in a dermatology clinic, where she was immersed in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of skin conditions. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, and later earned her Master's degree to become a nurse practitioner, combining her scientific knowledge with compassionate patient care.
Nicole has trained with respected aesthetic dermatology practices and is experienced in performing laser hair and tattoo removal, intense pulsed light (IPL) therapy, radiofrequency devices, microneedling, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) for hair and skin rejuvenation, Botox, and dermal fillers. She is committed to delivering personalized, result-driven treatment plans, tailoring each approach to the unique needs and goals of her patients.

Holly Adamous, MSN, RN, FNP
Aesthetic Dermatology Specialist
Holly Adamous, MSN, RN, FNP, is an experienced aesthetic nurse practitioner with over eight years of expertise in medical aesthetics. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Western University of Health Sciences and has dedicated her career to helping patients achieve natural, balanced results that enhance their individual features.
Known by her patients as “Feather Fingers” for her gentle injection technique, Holly specializes in lip sculpting, facial balancing, customized neurotoxin treatments, and advanced skin rejuvenation. Her approach combines an artistic eye with extensive clinical experience, with an emphasis on subtle, refined results that help patients look refreshed while still looking like themselves.
Outside of work, Holly loves spending time with her family and especially enjoys cooking for them.
